The BookedRadar System

Your next job may already be sitting in a missed call, an old estimate, or an unanswered lead.

BookedRadar is designed around one question: where is valuable demand leaking out of the business—and what should happen next?

01 • RADARCAPTURE

See every opportunity

Capture calls, texts, web inquiries and after-hours demand so fewer leads vanish into disconnected inboxes.

02 • RADARRECOVER

Bring back lost demand

Re-engage missed callers, stalled web leads, stale estimates, cancellations and dormant customers with disciplined follow-up.

03 • RADARROUTE

Book with guardrails

Route by service area, urgency, job type, crew capacity and escalation rules instead of blindly filling a calendar.

04 • RADARPROOF

Show the outcome

Track response, recovery, bookings and opportunity value—while clearly separating estimated value from confirmed revenue.

Automation should never outrun judgment. High-value, unusual, angry, safety-sensitive or ambiguous cases should escalate to a human instead of being forced through a script.
Where it fits

Built around the realities of home-service operations.

HVAC
No-cool / no-heat urgencyPrioritize emergency demand, maintenance opportunities and replacement estimates differently.
PLUMBING
Urgent leak routingSeparate emergency escalation from routine drain, fixture and service calls.
ELECTRICAL
Safety-aware triageEscalate potentially hazardous issues and keep ordinary service requests moving.
ROOFING
Storm lead recoveryKeep high-volume lead surges from turning into unanswered forms and forgotten estimates.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this just an AI receptionist?

No. Call handling can be one input, but the core system is broader: detecting leakage, recovering demand, applying booking guardrails, escalating exceptions and showing measurable outcomes.

Does BookedRadar replace office staff?

The design goal is not wholesale staff replacement. It is to automate repetitive follow-up and triage while handing unusual or high-value situations to people.

Will it book every lead automatically?

No. Booking logic should respect service area, urgency, job type, capacity, hours and escalation rules. Some cases should intentionally stop and hand off.

How will ROI be measured?

RadarProof can track the path from source to automated touch to reply to booking to opportunity value. Confirmed revenue should only be labeled as confirmed when the CRM or job system supports that attribution.
